We developed a web application for one of the most important players in recruitment services. It is an advanced Talent Tracker, part of "The Search Experience" strategy of the company, designed for managing the whole recruiting process. It is a tool used globally by all the company’s offices, it supports multiple clients and assignments, each with a candidate database, with advanced features such as fully customisable input fields, multiple statuses for the interview process and powerful and fast filtering. The search function performs complex queries, searching in client, assignment and candidate data.
The internal users are organised in a hierarchical structure, a permission system being in place. They can decide what the client sees in the progress of the recruiting process, via a complex publishing system. Assignments can be archived or duplicated, imported and exported, from and into Excel files, while reports provide immediate insight regarding the status of the projects.
The outcome is a web application that is customised for each of the company’s clients, ensuring a transparent recruiting process and extreme efficiency in managing high volumes of candidate data.
